MEDALLION OF BEEF TENDERLOIN WITH WHITE ASPARAGUS AND COOK NEW POTATOES
ingredients:
4 medallions of beef tenderloin, á about 75 g
salt
pepper
oil for frying
0.5 bundle. White asparagus, peeled
150 grm brusselsprout
water
a little lemon juice
50 grm butter
400 g. New potatoes
1 small cup sour cream 18%
0.5 bundle. Finely chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
recipe:
Potatoes are cooked. Beef tenderloin fry about 4-5 on each side of the grill pan. Asparagus, brusselsprout, green been cooked about 6-8 min. with a little lemon juice, butter and water
Dressing :
Sour cream,
parsley and garlic
salt and peper
mixed together. — in Denmark.
