SHAWARMA KHAS TURKY
Bahan2nya :
400 tender beef
1-2 tablespoons canola or olive oil
1-2 tbsp shawarma spice
Fill
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
½ cucumber
3 tomatoes
1 onions
Yogurt Dressing
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 cup plain yogurt
½ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
salt and freshly ground pepper
how to do :
1 Shawarma: Cut beef into thin slices. Heat the oil and shawarma spice in a pan and fry the meat herein for approx. 2 minutes.
2 Yogurt Dressing: Peel and crush the garlic. Stir yogurt, garlic and parsley together into a smooth dressing, and season with salt and pepper.
3 Filling: Finely chop the parsley, lettuce and cucumber. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Peel the red onion and cut it into slices. Ask it all on the table, so you can fill his pita bread with shawarma meat, vegetables and yogurt dressing. — in Denmark.
