Resep Masakan Brown Kentang Khas Denmark


BROWN KENTANG KHAS DENMARK

Bahan2nya :
6 botol kentang yg sdh dikupas didalam botolnya, tiriskan
150 grm. gula putih
150 grm mentega

Caranya :
Ambil wajan besar, panaskan dgn temperatur 5 saja.
masukan gula putihnya bersamaan dgn menteganya tsb, biarkan lumer dulu' jaga jgn sampai gosong dan jgn diaduk ketika melelehkannya' masukan kentangnya' barulah diaduk2 sampai semuanya brown. biarkan 15 menit.......angkat siap disajikan — in Denmark.
