PASTA/SPAGHETTI SAUCE KHAS ITALY
ingredients:
1 kg mit/beef chop/ chicken/lambs/ fork chop
3 large onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 ds. peeled tomatoes
salt
pepper
thyme
oregano
basilchili (strong)
Garnish :
Tomat kecup
Parmasan cheese
chedaar cheese
Onions and garlic finely and fry in olive oil.
Add salt and pepper, lots of thyme and basil and a little oregano.
Canned tomatoes blended and poured. Season with a little strong chilli. Chilli flavor to be a little strong but certainly not dominant. Add mit let them simmer together.
Let the sauce simmer for about an hour over a low flame. It gives a good consistency of the sauce.
The sauce can be served with pasta with grated Parmesan cheese to.
You can also use the sauce as a base layer on a pizza. There is approx. for 2 large pizzas.
Tip : you can put carot or masruum inside the sauce. — in Denmark.
