Garnish :
Strong mustard

Caranya :
ambil panci besarnya isi air setengahnya, masukan hamnya tsb dan bumbu2 semuanya.
Rebus selama 2 jam, jadi juice kembali' kemudian matang angkat tiriskan
Siap diiris2 dan sajikan selagi panas2 dgn kentang gratin creamnya serta salat2nya — in Denmark.
