BEFF GOULASH KHAS DENMARK
ingredients:
2 tbsp. margarine
3 Onions
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp. Paprika , Edelsüss *
1000 grams Beef without legs
0.5 tsp. Caraway seeds *
0.5 tsp. salt
pepper
2 carot
500 grams Tomatoes
2 green bell peppers
0.5 tsp. dried marjoram *
Explanation :
Warm up the margarine and sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic until the onions are clear. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the paprika in.
Add the meat , which is cut into approx. 4 cm. large pieces . Come broth, cumin, salt and pepper freshly painted in. Put the lid on . The Court småsnurre for approx. 1 hour until meat is almost tender.
Peel the carotes and cut them into pieces .
The tomatoes are boiled so that the skin can be ripped off, and the seeds may want . removed. Take out the green peppers and cut them into pieces . Getting the chopped tomatoes , peppers , carotes and marjoram to the pan .
