GLAZED HAM
Bahan2nya :
2 kg ham.
10 whole cloves
1 tsp. rosemary
glazing:
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Scratch rind into cubes. Rub rosemary and allspice and cloves plug in. Place the ham in a cooking bag or wrap into a large piece of foil. Fry in pan at 200 degrees C. alm. oven for about 2 hours.
Tages now out of the bag and save the cloud to the kale. Remove the rind and rub the ham with mustard mixture and brown in the oven at high heat - beware of not being black. — in Denmark. — in Denmark.
